Volunteer Opportunities in the School

Parent volunteers are needed on an ongoing basis in the front, attendance, and counseling offices at Sprayberry. Volunteers assist with greeting guests/students, answering phones, assisting students with counseling appointments/checking in & out/questions, etc. All help is appreciated, and it’s a great way to get to know more of our wonderful staff and students.

Parent Volunteer Opportunity:

SHS Career Fair
March 6, 8:30am-11:30am, Gym
Do you love your career? Would you like to share your knowledge about your profession with SHS students? Consider participating in the SHS Career Fair in March!
Ms. Shaw, Work-Based Learning and Marketing Teacher at SHS, is coordinating a Career Fair at SHS, learn more about her plan and needs below:
“Our high school strives to provide our students with meaningful experiences that will enhance their career readiness by providing them with the tools and pathways for their future.  The Career Fair offers students an opportunity to learn more about careers they might be interested in.
As a professional, you can directly respond to student questions regarding the joys and challenges of your profession and offer them individual advice on required training and networking for their career choices.
We hope you will take advantage of the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our young adults by participating in this years’ event.”  Please RSVP by Monday February 25, 2019, by completing the online registration.

Also, please check our  Student Volunteer pages for opportunities.
